Renter is responsible for all damage to golf cart

ONLY 4 PERSONS ALLOWED ON THE GOLF CART ($ Fines Enforced)

All traffic laws must be obeyed

Parking - White curbs only, Yellow curbs prohibited

Carts must stay within the town limits of Sayulita

No driving on the beach

No crossing any body of water

Drive responsible

Renter is responsible for charging the golf cart every night

Renter is responsible for Key & Replacement cost for lost Key

WHAT ARE THE PICK-UP TIMES FOR YOUR VEHICLES?
Anytime between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM - We also provide local drop off and pick up upon special request!

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES?
Any damage done to the vehicle will be charged to the customer. There is a fee for lost key replacement. Failing to charge golf cart leading to multiple towing may insure a fee as well. Allowing more than 4 adults in a cart will be penalized with a $500 USD Fine. Leaving Sayulita Town Limits will also insure a retrieval fee of $200 USD
